This page is intended to provide a "fast link" to page creation for a range of "person" articles. Select an "input box" to to create an article corresponding to different formats. Before creating your first page, please read Help:Starting pages for people, places, or surnames/Guidance for additional information on page creation, including information on page name conventions, as well as information on other methods of creating articles.

For "person article titles", please always use the form Given-name Middle-if-known Surname (YOB-YOD);
NO spaces between dates; use "c", "bef", and "aft" (also without spaces) to condition the dates.

1. Blank format (When you just need a blank "piece of paper".)
2. Standard format (When you want something more than just basic stuff, plus some optional guidance)
3. Boxed format (Standard format but with some of the information in boxes)
4. Infobox format (Page layout similar to the Wikipedia biography infobox style)
5. Info page format - Use the first creation box to create the info page. On that info page, fill in as much information as you know. Then create an infobox article that will use the info page data.

Any article created with one of these templates can be modified to meet specific needs. If you find yourself having to modify many articles to meet your requirement, consider creating a template of your own. (Try Forum:Help desk for help with this if you wish).
